Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original jewelry box and secure them in a padded mailer to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
